Our vast experience and expertise make projects easy for our clients and enables us to provide the full mechanical package, from design to project management and installation. We are able to provide the full mechanical package and installation (Air conditioning, ventilation, pipework services, BMS controls and insulation), as well as design capabilities from our trusted partners.

This provides our clients with confidence in our abilities, from design to install, flushing and commissioning, to ongoing maintenance and management.

We are SMAS and Gas Safe accreditated, with our membership of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) currently pending.

Our Team

Lee Dunn

Lee is one of the Directors, he  has over 25 years of experience in the industry, working on projects all over the UK. Taking on sections of work as a sole trader, Lee grew his business before seeing the opportunity to create the limited company with Dean.

Dean Sampson

Dean is one of our Directors, and he has over 20 years working in the industry as a sole trader and then joining together with Lee to start a new limited company.

Nicola Dunn

Nicola joined the company in 2014 at its incorporation and manages the company accounts.

Simon Gully

Simon joined the company in 2024 as our Operations Manager.  Simon has previous experience within the Sector as a Contracts Manager and Site Manager.
